Research or Investigator Faculty (Full-Time)
The Department of Neurology at Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis and its Knight Alzheimer Disease Research Center (ADRC) are seeking one or two scientists to join our world-class faculty providing patient care, education, and clinical research. Successful candidates should have experience in the area of Alzheimer Disease and Related Dementias research, particularly as relates to epidemiological and informatics approaches. Experience with large-scale data management, accessibility, analysis, and visualization is encouraged, with specific interest in integration and dissemination of heterogeneous data streams and incorporation of AI strategies. The desired goal is that the position(s) will accelerate clinical and translational research through the systematic management of study protocols, data resources, and analytical pipelines.
Additional duties may include teaching medical students and neurology residents; developing and leading funded clinical research programs are encouraged should interest and opportunity permit.
Qualified candidates must have a PhD degree(s) and productive clinical and/or translational research experience in the area of Alzheimer Disease and Related Dementias.
