The Department of Pediatrics is seeking a faculty recruit at the Assistant or Associate Professor level to undertake bioinformatics work as well as clinical work in Infectious Diseases and with the Pediatric Antimicrobial Stewardship team at St. Louis Children’s Hospital.
Completion of Pediatrics residency and Infectious Diseases fellowship; board eligibility and/or certification in pediatrics, pediatric ID, and informatics.
The successful candidate will have familiarity with large dataset research, experience with builds and data extraction in Epic and other EMR environments, and the ability to interface broadly and effectively with pediatric clinical and administrative teams to optimize order set development, coding and physician billing, and advanced data availability for division and departmental leaders.
