Subspecialty Radiologist - Hybrid of Remote and Onsite Coverage
Mallinckrodt Institute of Radiology (MIR) through Washington University Regional Physicians (WURP) is seeking full-time and part-time general and subspecialty radiologists. The positions will provide remote general radiology coverage for Christian Hospital in suburban St. Louis County, Missouri Baptist Medical Center in suburban west St. Louis County, and Missouri Baptist Hospital in Sullivan, MO, Barnes Jewish St. Peters Hospital and Progress West in St. Charles County, MO. Onsite subspecialty coverage will be offered at Missouri Baptist Medical Center and Barnes Jewish Hospital. Thisposition will also have a courtesy faculty appointment with Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis and opportunities to regularly participate in educational activities and career development opportunities at MIR. A state-of-the-art SECTRA PACS system and EPIC EMR support efficient workflows.
Applicants must be ABR board certified or eligible in diagnostic radiology and/or interventional radiology. Subspecialty training in breast, musculoskeletal, emergency, neuro, pediatric, chest, abdominal, or nuclear radiology is desirable. These community radiologists ideally should have a sufficiently broad diagnostic skillset to allow for cross-coverage and weekend coverage. Subspecialty training is preferred but is not required if the candidate has substantial relevant practice experience.
