The Section of Minimally Invasive Surgery at Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis is seeking a general surgeon at the Instructor level to join our section of Minimally Invasive Surgery with experience in laparoscopic and open procedures.  While the primary focus of this position will be full-time clinical general surgeon and patient care related services, candidates must have a strong commitment to the education of adrenal tumors, gallbladders conditions, gastroesophageal reflux disease, hernias, and general surgery residents.

 The candidate is required to have completed a general surgery residency program and clinical fellowships in minimally invasive/flexible endoscopy surgery.  As part of Washington University Medical Center, one of the nation’s biggest clinical and biomedical research facilities.
