TENURE TRACK FACULTY POSITION

Protein Structural Biology and Cryo-EM Approaches
The Departments of Cell Biology and Physiology (CB&P) (http://cellbiology.wustl.edu/), Biochemistry and Molecular Biophysics (BMB) (http://biochem.wustl.edu/), and Anesthesiology, Division of Basic Science (https://anesthesiology.wustl.edu/) at Washington University School of Medicine in Saint Louis invite applications for tenure-track faculty position in the broad area of protein structural biology using cryo-EM. Preference will be given to applications at the Assistant Professor level, but more advanced levels will be considered for exceptional candidates.
The successful applicant will bring or develop a state-of-the-art research program in protein structural biology. S/he will have extensive background in the application of cryo-EM approaches to structure determination and will be provided with competitive start-up resources in support of their research program. They will also be expected to participate in the scientific leadership and guidance for the state-of-the-art Cryo-EM facilities here in the Washington University Center for Cellular Imaging (WUCCI, https://wucci.wustl.edu).
Applications will be considered from individuals holding a Ph.D., M.D. or equivalent degree, and having relevant research experience.
