Cerebral Palsy Center Director Faculty Position- Pediatric Neurology

The Department of Neurology at Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis is seeking to recruit a Board-certified or eligible Pediatric Neurologist to direct the Cerebral Palsy Center as a full-time faculty member.  Prospective candidates will have the prior leadership experience required to direct the multidisciplinary Cerebral Palsy Center, which includes 4 pediatric movement disorders clinicians, nurse practitioner, nurse coordinator, physical therapists, occupational therapist, social worker, and research coordinator, and partners in Pediatric Orthopedics and Pediatric Neurosurgery. The ideal applicant will have experience in leading clinical teams and will be able to direct a full range of activities including multidisciplinary clinical evaluations, botulinum toxin injections, an active deep brain stimulation program, and clinical/basic research.  The Center has a strong history of clinical care, research, and education. 

The Department of Neurology employs over 140 faculty and offers neurological care in all subspecialties.  Affiliated hospitals include Barnes-Jewish (BJH), Barnes-Jewish West County (BJWC), St. Louis Children’s Hospital (SLCH), and the Rehabilitation Institute of St. Louis.   Washington University is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
