CARDIOLOGY: Faculty – Cardio-Oncology
The Division of Cardiology, Department of Medicine, at Washington University School of Medicine is conducting a search for an Instructor, Assistant Professor, Associate Professor or Professor of Medicine to join the Cardio-Oncology Center of Excellence at Barnes-Jewish Hospital/Washington University School of Medicine. The International Cardio-Oncology Society has recognized Washington University as a Gold Center of Excellence, the highest level of certification.
The candidate should be an MD or MD/PhD who is board certified in Cardiovascular Disease. While some training in Cardio-Oncology is optimal, general cardiologists who have a strong interest in Cardio-Oncology are encouraged to apply. Washington University has a strong track record of training cardiologists who have transitioned to Cardio-Oncology during their career. Applicants would join a thriving and established practice with exposure to both inpatient and outpatient Cardio-Oncology and cardiac amyloidosis. Job specifics will be tailored to each applicant including relative time spent in outpatient versus inpatient care, medical education, and research time as well as ancillary services such as cardiac imaging.
