Faculty (Full Time) Tenure Track - Gastroenterology

We are seeking outstanding tenure track faculty candidates exploring broad areas relevant to digestive and liver physiology and pathophysiology.  Eligible candidates can be at any level in the tenure track process (Assistant Professor to Professor), should hold degrees equivalent to MD, MD/PhD, PhD, or DVM, and should have demonstrated ability to develop and sustain an independent research program.  Candidates should have interests in building collaborative research programs across departments and centers within the university to explore facets of gastrointestinal physiology.  Candidates with clinical/translational interests are particularly encouraged.  Exceptional core facilities are available to support research programs, including the Washington University Digestive Disease Research Cores Center https://ddrcc.wustl.edu/, the Washington University Center for Cellular Imaging https://wucci.wustl.edu/, The Institute for Informatics https://informatics.wustl.edu/, the Genome Technology Access Center https://gtac.wustl.edu/, and Siteman Cancer Center cores https://siteman.wustl.edu/research/shared-resources-cores/.  Resources commensurate with the candidate’s research program will be available to support recruitment.  Women and underrepresented minorities are encouraged to apply.  Interested candidates should send a CV and letter of interest to rnewberry@wustl.edu.
