Dermatology Research

The Division of Dermatology is seeking a full-time, board-certified or eligible dermatologist holding an MD and/or MD/PhD degree with additional postdoctoral scientific training who has demonstrated competency in clinical and/or bench investigation to develop a strong, collaborative research program. Emphasis on cutaneous biology research that builds upon WUSM Divisional, Departmental and institutional strengths. As a new faculty member, successful applicants will be expected to establish an innovative, independent research program that will attract and maintain extramural funding from governmental agencies, private foundations, and industry. Additional responsibilities will include clinical activity in patient care centers, as well as teaching and participation as an active member of the DBBS graduate programs based on his/her research focus. Position requires a physician interested and dedicated to research and teaching of graduate students and postdocs in a major academic and healthcare environment. Doctorate in Medicine with Ph.D. preferred.
