Headache Specialist
Washington University in St. Louis, Missouri, Department of Neurology is seeking a BC/BE Neurologist/Headache Specialist (U.S. or any system cognizable as compatible for patient care purpose in the U.S.). Fellowship training or board certification in headache is preferred but not mandatory. Applicants at all academic ranks are encouraged to apply. Primary responsibilities include outpatient evaluation and management of all types of headache disorders. In addition to outpatient clinics, the successful applicant will have the ability to participate on the inpatient neurology consult service.
Patients come from the St. Louis metropolitan area and are also referred from surrounding regions covering a multi-state area. Education is an important part of the mission, and opportunities will be available for teaching of medical students, residents and fellows in connection with patient care activities. Salary is guaranteed with additional performance incentives and excellent university benefits.
