Palliative Care Research Faculty

The Division of Palliative Medicine at Washington University in St. Louis is seeking clinical researchers for tenure-track faculty positions.  Successful candidates will have training in areas such as palliative medicine, behavior research, clinical trials, outcomes research, decision sciences, comparative effectiveness research, epidemiology, or health services research. 

 

The Department of Medicine is expanding its programs in outcomes research, presenting opportunities for researchers who can take advantage of existing institutional strengths.  Preference will be given to those with an established record of funding and publications, though outstanding junior candidates will also be considered. 

 

The faculty member's primary responsibility will be to conduct research with extramural grant funding.  In addition, the faculty member may be involved in clinical teaching programs or in part-time clinical practice.  Salary and academic rank will be based on experience and background.  Send CV, cover letter, and names of three references to:
