Abdominal Imaging Radiologist

Mallinckrodt Institute of Radiology at Washington University School of Medicine, St Louis, MO is seeking an Abdominal Radiologist to join a group of 17 university faculty members and seven fellows in the Abdominal Imaging section.  Our practice primarily serves Barnes-Jewish Hospital, a quaternary referral and level 1 trauma center, perennially recognized as one of the elite academic medical centers in America.

Our abdominal imaging section is staffed with nationally and internationally recognized radiologists with subspecialty training.  The section provides a full range of diagnostic imaging procedures including image-guided biopsies.  Our equipment is among the most advanced available. It includes state of the art ultrasound, magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), dedicated PET/MRI, and dual energy CT scanners with advanced imaging and 3D processing workstations. 

This division offers a nurturing clinical and academic environment that maintains and builds upon a tradition of excellence in clinical service, education, and clinical research.  Applicants should be ABR-certified or –eligible and fellowship trained in abdominal imaging or body MRI. A background and strong interest in research is welcomed.
