Applicant will conduct research related to the effects of aging and inflammation on hematopoietic stem cell function and the development of hematopoietic malignancies. They will conduct experiments using mouse models and human cells (cell lines and primary leukemia cells). They will design projects/experiments, conduct the research, interpret results and write grants and manuscripts. In addition, they will help to supervise trainees (undergraduate and graduate students) in the lab.
