Adolescent Medicine Physician #1010361
Looking for an Adolescent Medicine Physician to join our Department of Pediatrics and provide excellent clinical care to a diverse group of adolescent patients at potentially multiple sites in the St. Louis metropolitan area. Common areas of need include: sexual and reproductive health; behavioral health services for issues including eating disorders, depression and anxiety; menstrual concerns and young people with other chronic illnesses who are struggling as they age up and take on more responsibility for their care. This appointment is on the non-tenure, Clinician/Educator Track, and will primarily involve clinical work, teaching of residents, and expansion of services. This position also requires in-depth work and communication with multidisciplinary teams which include nurses, social worker/therapist and administrative support staff. A desire to work with diverse patient populations across race, sexual orientation and gender is essential.
Graduate of ACGME adolescent medicine fellowship and or significant experience with adolescent medicine patients. Must be eligible to obtain a Missouri License.
