Pediatric Anesthesiologist
The Department of Anesthesiology at Washington University School of Medicine is seeking a full-time Pediatric Anesthesiologist to join the Division of Pediatric Anesthesiology. In this exciting opportunity, you will join a thriving and dedicated group of 34 Pediatric Anesthesiologists, 26 CRNAs, Pediatric Anesthesiology Fellows, 4 Nurse practitioners, and 5 Administrators with a unified focus on excellence in patient care and innovation. This group provides clinical care at the nationally ranked St. Louis Children’s Hospital, the Shriners Hospital for Children, and the Children’s Specialty Care Centers in West and South Counties, performing ~30,000 cases annually across facilities. Many faculty and staff hold leadership roles in the areas of clinical operations, education, and research throughout the Washington University and Barnes Jewish Hospital systems. The Division of Pediatric Anesthesiology critically supports a shared academic mission with the Department of Anesthesiology by providing clinical, educational, and research training to medical students, Anesthesiology residents, and Pediatric Anesthesiology fellows. This shared mission includes a commitment to the development of faculty at all stages of their careers. The ideal candidate is intellectually curious, clinically skilled, able to work congenially with peers, and motivated for life-long learning.

- Board Certification in Anesthesiology
- Board Certification in Pediatric Anesthesiology is preferred.
