Washington University in St. Louis, Missouri seeks a 3 (three) full-time Assistant Professors in the Department of Hospital Medicine to serve as the attending of record providing inpatient care for adult patients and providing Internal Medicine care for adult patients at Barnes Jewish Hospital and other University affiliated entities, on the Bone Marrow Transplant Service, Oncology Service, Hospital Medicine Consult Service, and Hospital Medicine Procedure Service.  Duties also include teaching fellows, residents and medical students and participating in research and other scholarly activities as assigned by the Department.

 


Position requires M.D./D.O. degree (or foreign education equivalent); and requires completion of residency in Internal Medicine by start date; Missouri State medical license eligible by start date; and innovative and effective approach to teaching, mentoring and leadership in clinical education setting.
