Neuroradiologist (Full-time)

The Neuroradiology Section of Mallinckrodt Institute of Radiology (MIR) at Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis, Missouri seeks a full-time physician-scientist neuroradiologist with research interest and expertise in MRI-guided Focused Ultrasound (FUS) and neurofluid imaging  in the understanding and treatment of neurological disorders. The faculty in this section are internationally recognized experts in central nervous system imaging of adult and pediatric patients.

Applicants should be ABR certified or board eligible and fellowship trained in Neuroradiology at the time of appointment.  In addition, the applicant should demonstrate a deep commitment to clinical and research excellence. Specific need is for a clinician-scientist with a research expertise in MRI-guided Focused Ultrasound (FUS) and neurofluid imaging.  The desired applicant should have an exceptional background in advanced neuroimaging, with a strong interest in the pursuit of preclinical and human translational scientific research.  The applicant should have research awards, peer-reviewed publications, and demonstrated receipt of research funding. 

 

Salary Range: $310,000 – $410,000.
