Clinician Educator
- Outpatient General Internist – work in a busy primary care clinic building your own patient panel
- Clinical Educator - utilize teaching skills supervising residents and precepting medical students
- Junior faculty leadership development – opportunity to participate in faculty development courses and workshops through the Academy of Educators and work with seasoned leadership mentors in the Department of Medicine
Provide direct clinical care to ambulatory (60%: 5 clinical sessions plus 1 administrative session per week)
Supervise and teach house staff in the resident outpatient practice (30%: 3 clinical sessions per week)
Develop academic interests in protected administrative time (10%)
Annual Salary: $216,000
- Eligible to obtain a Missouri State medical license
- Board Certification (or board eligibility) in Internal Medicine
