Cardiothoracic Surgeon - Assistant/Associate Professor
The Division of Cardiothoracic Surgery at Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis is seeking an Adult Cardiac Surgeon at the Assistant/Associate Professor level.
The successful candidate will be board certified US citizen, and have completed an ACGME cardiothoracic surgery residency program. He/she should have several years of experience, with expertise in coronary surgery or aortic surgery.
While the primary focus of this position will be clinical adult cardiac surgery, candidates must have a strong commitment and demonstrated history of providing for the education of cardiac and general surgery residents. The ideal candidate will be an excellent clinician with a strong interest in research and other scholarly activities as assigned by the Division.
