Washington University in St. Louis seeks a specialty board-certified or -eligible Associate Professor or Professor (commensurate with experience) with significant expertise in Cystic Fibrosis to Direct our Cystic Fibrosis Foundation Accredited Care Center at the St. Louis Children’s Hospital and Children’s Specialty Care Centers. In addition to Directing the Care Center’s clinical and quality improvement activities within the Division of Allergy and Pulmonary Medicine, the successful candidate will collaborate in the leadership of the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation Therapeutic Development Network Site at Washington University in St. Louis, and in the development of the Pediatric Pulmonary Disease and Asthma Research Program in the Children’s Discovery Institute of the St. Louis Children’s Hospital. The successful candidate will also teach trainees, including pediatric pulmonary and other relevant specialty fellows, residents, and medical students, and will have significant opportunity for personal research and other scholarly activities as appropriate.
