The Department of Pediatrics at Washington University School of Medicine is seeking a full-time investigator genetics faculty member in the Division of Genetics and Genomic Medicine.

The division includes 6 MDs, 7 genetic counselors, three nurse practitioners, and 3 metabolic dieticians. St. Louis Children’s Hospital is nationally recognized as one of the top children’s hospitals in the country. Washington University is a major academic medical center. The Department of Pediatrics is a regional and national referral and consultation center that provides comprehensive pediatric care.

 

 

The successful candidate should have a PhD in Genetics. Research focused on understanding the autophagy, functional variants, and the pathophysiology of lysosomal storage disorders. Background in cellular biology and therapeutic development.
