Pediatrics department, division of General Academic Pediatrics (currently under development) Faculty Appointment (Clinician Track) #1010403

 

The newly established, Division of General Academic Pediatrics at Washington University School of Medicine (WUSM)/St. Louis Children’s Hospital (SLCH) seeks Pediatrician at the Instructor/Assistant Professor/Associate Professor level for appointment on the Clinician track.

This position involves primarily clinical work in a patient-centered outpatient setting which may include teaching responsibilities for clinical trainees.  This position will be consistent with weekday, daytime outpatient clinic hours.  Patient documentation and administrative tasks will be completed during administrative time.

Successful faculty candidates will be committed, effective teachers, outstanding clinicians, and skilled team builders.

 

The ideal candidate should be board certified or eligible in Pediatrics and have a preferred interest of working in a pediatric outpatient environment.

 

Clinical experience and/or significant interest in providing comprehensive care for children with medical complexity is highly desirable.
