Job Details
Faculty Appointment available in the Department of Psychiatry at Washington University School of Medicine. We are in search of a full-time Psychiatrist with responsibility for providing psychiatric care in inpatients at Barnes Jewish Hospital. Treatment settings include a 46-bed adult psychiatric unit as part of the academic medical center and a free-standing 50-bed psychiatric facility. In addition to patient care responsibilities, the physician will have the opportunity to teach and supervise residents and medical students.
Eligible physician candidates much have a medical degree or equivalent degree, completed training in General Psychiatry, be ABPN board eligible in General Psychiatry and working toward board certification in General Psychiatry by 2019, and possess or be fully eligible for a Missouri medical license at the time of appointment.
