The Mallinckrodt Institute of Radiology at Washington University School of Medicine, St Louis, MO is seeking an Interventional Radiologist to join a dynamic group of 15 university faculty members and six fellows in our interventional section. The section currently has an ACGME approved fellowship training pathway and has also filled all positions in the recent IR residency match.
Established in 1987, our interventional radiology section is one the largest and most comprehensive IR services in the nation. Approximately 40,000 IR procedures are performed each year spanning the spectrum of adult and pediatric vascular and non-vascular procedures.

Applicants should be ABR certified or ABR eligible with either an M.D. or M.D., Ph.D. and fellowship training in interventional radiology. Applicants should be experienced in the broad spectrum of IR proceduresand be interested in playing a key role in training an immensely talented group of over 70 Radiology residents. We have opportunities for clinical development, teaching, research and national involvement. Members of the section are quite active in many national organizations. Although not a requirement, NIH funding or the potential for NIH funding would also be welcomed.
