Medical Director, Emergency Medicine Physician - Community
The Division of Emergency Medicine at Washington University School of Medicine is currently recruiting a Medical Director to join our growing academic faculty at one of our community based hospitals. This community hospital has approximately 40,000 ED visits annually. Develops and implements departmental programs. Responsible for provider credentialing, quality and risk assessment as well as performance/privileges of all clinical providers.
The optimal candidate is an MD or DO, board certified in Emergency Medicine. Prior experience as a Medical Director in a community based hospital or academic center is preferred.
Candidates must be ABEM/ABOEM certified.
