Radiation Oncologist - Physician Scientist
Washington University in St. Louis, Missouri seeks full-time Faculty Member (Instructor/Assistant Professor) in the Department of Radiation Oncology to serve as a Radiation Oncologist (physician scientist), providing part-time direct patient care and patient related services. Duties also will include teaching medical students, residents and fellows, as well as other scholarly activities as assigned by the Department. It is expected that this faculty member will establish a laboratory and spend approximately 75% of effort on research activities leading to independent extramural funding.
The position requires a Professional Medical Degree and four-year Residency in Radiation Oncology to be completed by the time of appointment.
