Position Description

The Department of Anesthesiology at Washington University School of Medicine is seeking a full time Regional Anesthesiologist faculty member in the Division of Regional and Ambulatory Anesthesiology. Faculty appointment level will depend on the applicant’s credentials and experience. The division is currently made up of 8 faculty members providing clinical service for the operating rooms at Barnes-Jewish Hospital in St Louis. The faculty member is also expected to be active in the academic missions of the department, teaching fellows and residents. The Department, which has a total of 140 faculty, is also a national leader in research and will provide a rich environment for applicants that are looking to develop their research based interests along with clinical teaching.

Basic Qualifications

Anesthesiology Board certified or eligible and Fellowship trained in Regional Anesthesiology
